For every Colorado residential mortgage we broker, we comply with the Colorado Mortgage Loan Originator Licensing and Mortgage Company Registration Act (C.R.S. 12-10-701 et seq.) and applicable rules of the Colorado Division of Real Estate, including the duties owed to the borrower, the lock-in agreement disclosure, and the disclosure of all fees and yield-spread compensation.
States where we are not yet licensed
The following states are part of our planned expansion. We are not currently authorized to solicit, accept, or originate residential mortgage loan applications from residents of these states until each license is approved and listed on NMLS Consumer Access:
- California — License pending. When licensed, this page will display California-required disclosures (DFPI/DRE license number, “Licensed by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation under the California Residential Mortgage Lending Act” or equivalent CFL/DRE language as applicable).
- Texas — License pending. When licensed, this page will display the Texas Consumer Complaint and Recovery Fund Notice required by 7 TAC §81.200 and the SML/OCCC disclosures applicable to Texas mortgage companies.
- Arizona — License pending. When licensed, this page will display Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (AZDIFI) license details.
- Florida — License pending. When licensed, this page will display Florida Office of Financial Regulation (OFR) license details.
- Georgia — License pending. When licensed, this page will display Georgia Department of Banking and Finance license details and the Georgia Residential Mortgage Act disclosure.
- Massachusetts — License pending. When licensed, this page will display Massachusetts Division of Banks license details and the MA mortgage broker disclosure.
