Response timing
We respond to verifiable opt-out requests within the timelines required by applicable state privacy laws (generally 15 business days for opt-out requests; 45 days for access/deletion requests, extendable by 45 days when reasonably necessary).

Personal information collected and used to evaluate or service a mortgage loan is generally subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and is exempt from certain state privacy rights. We honor opt-out requests to the extent required by applicable law.
