Mango Stock Mortgage is a licensed mortgage brokerage. We can only arrange financing in states where we hold a license, and we would rather tell you that on the first page than three weeks into a file.
We currently originate in two states: Colorado and California.

Colorado
Colorado is our home market and where the majority of our files close. We work across the Front Range and the Western Slope — Denver and the metro counties, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, Aurora, Lakewood, Greeley, Longmont, Pueblo, and the mountain communities.
California
We added California in September 2026. Our California work concentrates where borrowers are most often told no by a retail bank: self-employed and investor files, properties in high fire-risk areas where insurance is holding up a closing, and ADU financing.

If You Are Outside Colorado or California
We cannot help you, and we will say so quickly rather than taking your information. If you are buying or refinancing in another state, look for a broker licensed there — NMLS Consumer Access lets you search by state and confirm a license is active before you share anything sensitive.
We would rather lose an inquiry than waste your time on a file we are not permitted to place.
A Note on Product Availability
A license to broker in a state is not the same as every product being available in that state. Program availability varies by state, by property type and by occupancy, and it changes as our lender network changes. If a specific program matters to your plan, ask us about it for your state and property before you count on it.
